A 10-year-old boy decided to learn Judo despite the fact that he had lost his left arm in a terrible car accident. The boy began lessons with an old Japanese judo master. The boy was doing well, so he couldn"t understand why, after three months of training, the master had taught him only one move.

"Sensei," the boy finally said, "Shouldn"t I be learning more moves?" "This is the only move you know, but this is the only move you"ll ever need to know," the sensei replied.

Not quite understanding, but believing in his teacher, the boy kept training.

Several months later, the sensei took the boy to his first tournament. Surprising himself, the boy easily won his first two matches. The third match proved to be more difficult, but after some time, his opponent became impatient and charged; the boy deftly used his one move to win the match. Still amazed by his success, the boy was now in the finals.

This time, his opponent was bigger, stronger, and more experienced. For a while, the boy appeared to be completely outclassed. Concerned that the boy might get hurt, the referee called a time-out. He was about to stop the match when the sensei intervened. "No," the sensei insisted, "Let him continue." Soon after the match resumed, his opponent made a critical mistake: he dropped his guard. Instantly, the boy used his move to pin him. The boy had won the match and the tournament.

Shah Rukh Khan is reaping the rewards of playing it differently.

At a time, when the nation seems gripped by cricket, the actor has chosen to play coach of an Indian women's hockey team in the just-released Chak De! India . A story of shame, disillusionment, and glory at last, has hit the right note critically. A tale of how we forget our heroes and continue to condemn accidentally-perceived villains.

It belongs to a soft-spoken man from Indore, who was sentenced to 16 years of misery and national censure only because he chose not to speak. Pakistan beat India 7-1 in the final of the 1982 Asian Games. The blame for the collective loss came on one man -- Mir Ranjan Negi. For a nation looking to make sense, the shocking result, after India started as favorites, the most damning thought took root. Someone raised his hand, pointed a finger at Negi and labeled him a traitor. 'He was offered one lakh for every goal he let in,' said the Hindi edition of the now defunct newspaper Blitz , concluding that the Indian goalkeeper sold himself for seven lakh rupees.

There was no defense from Negi. His teammates, though Negi assures, stood by him, did not defend him either. The Indian hockey Federation, embarrassed by the whole situation, dropped the goalkeeper like a hot potato. The allegations were thus justified. "Wherever I went people used to say, 'Oh! You are the one who took money'," recalls Negi. He never again wore the India colors. His house was attacked. Mid-way through his wedding ceremony in Indore, power was cut-off and the rest of the function took place in darkness. "I cannot tell you what I went through at that time. I was scared to go out of my house. I grew a beard so that people would not recognize me. My relatives would take me around and introduce me as a national goalkeeper; they did it all innocently not knowing how much it hurt me."

But the soft-spoken man lived with that hurt for 16 years, never once abandoning the game that was the cause of his downfall.

Then, one day, came a reprise came in the form of an offer to coach the Indian goalkeepers for the 1998 Asian Games. As fate would have it, India won the men's gold after beating South Korea via the penalty shoot-out. Ashish Ballal, who was not in the goalkeepers' camp and who had been brought in on Negi's insistence, emerged hero. Negi then went on to help the women's hockey team win the gold medal in 2003 Afro-Asian Games. But, still, none of all this success vindicated him more than the movie Chak De! India has. After facing the fury of the nation, none could have moved the country more than a film, India's biggest mass medium, on Negi's despair and eventual triumph.

"But I don't think the movie covers even 10 per cent of what I went through," says Negi, who not only coached the hockey players to help them play their part to perfection, but helped the filmmakers with visualizing and making the story-boards.

Even so, "It is Shahrukh Khan's film," he insists. "I don't want to be a hero."

10 may yup that was the date when I arrived home after completing my engineering from NIT Durgapur. I smelt change, it was due for quite some time then. Some times, you just feel everything new, fresh. Things changed but not mind. Then again situations shaped like before. Courage, isn't the right word, you are afraid of. But coming years gave ups and downs at extreme corners.

Wait a minute ? Can I say that those were extreme? No, none until soul and body devoid their association and irony is that,even if u realized how will you express. New things .....all new world, asks for changed ways, making life a mystery. What I have found most important is " Overview". How d u look at ? and how do u perceive it. Once you have drawn overview, things flows in the direction you want it to be. This is the thing I haven't reckoned. Still and much better onwards, just imagine a race competition. So many participants but winner is one. The one who had a clear overview of moments which passed during race. Courage, hard work, dedication all comes later but a well planned overview is a must and of course 1st. No regrets what have been up to or where all it gone, because it's a process which bring us closer too plan all parts to form a overview and when you have an idea about what you gonna to get, obviously no regrets for what You did lose in way. You don't decide timing, intensity but exuberance, worth noticing. Look away from what is god gift or no clue at all.

Let's think, Let's create a miracle around self. Fictitious ? No miracles do happen. We are not the maker of the world. Yet, there are few things, which might help us to create a miracle. In the zone of creativity, there is no dearth of ideas. But it takes something to convert it in a miracle. So lets do it with what you have, other things will either come in your way or you create them. Don't bother, just go ahead...you know you gonna make it any how ............

So you are hurted again. Feeling angry like any thing. But why do you hold others responsible ? Weren't you aware something will go wrong ? you were. Did you think twice ? no even never.Well, we humans are suppose to do mistakes and eventually not learning anyway. You don't want to consider your enemies because of what they are or where they are. Yet inspiration doesn't need any relationship.She said "there are always two meanings of any thing". But can you tell me madam why do you always pick negative one ? Same words could have been interpreted in a different way.

One of my buddies said me some day," Every bright face has its own black secrets. Brighter the face, darker the secret". I'm not agree but not disagree too. Very few people take great care while chosing relationships. Sounds good. You generate a philosophy by experimenting with life. But your chemistry may be physics for some one and life is like that so it does prevail. We can not plan everything in our life but we can surely opt/make a way, you want to live it. What could be worst ? simple ! oppisite of what could be best. Every wish granted, every dream lived up to your wildest desire. Contrast ? Almost nothing not even ur minutest desire. Where does equilibrium stay ? It should be some where. Am I talking something called "understanding ". It can not be borrowed, it's to be created and it's also can't be created by saying too. First you have to love and then sense not vice-versa.

Every-thing can't be yours in turn of sweets. You are matured enough, you can learn from mistake but surely can't apply same procedure again because direction will hazy after one step or you will feel like that. Still you have options to repeat/recreate same mistake.Infinite people/perceptions,infinite, infinite learning but do they all worth doing ? Answers lie within. Except your faith, no-one encourage you in best way. But do all they suppose to be bench mark? You don't believe in GOD but good exists in your world, so does bad. You trade your goodness and expect same. But how would you make believe people your good is "real good". Life is tough yet worth living. You can not make some-one understand your ethics, infact you don't have time to make one understood. When being good didn't work being bad is not the other way out. Some mysteries reveal only with time. So be it . What matters, is your stand. Once decided/taken, let it take it's own course. Such thing will follow you, upto the day you are a human. Mistakes cost badly but enrich you with one more perception. Yet richest is not the noblest. So use what can fetch you best and keep playing with different balances, who knows one day you learn balancing in best way. Just don't be a slave of imotions, live it,the way it can be lived best afterall its YOUR LIFE man.......even if you were wrong it will add only one silly mistake in your portfolio.......so .......... NJOY !
